Romeo after the Capulet feast

 The end of Act 1 at the capulet feast Romeo is left with knowing about Juliet and has romantic feelings for her. As they showed in the scene they both like each other but have no idea about each other. So with that i think a song that best describes their relationship at this moment is ”All I Need” by Radiohead.




I pick this song because most of the song is saying “ You are all I need” which in the last scene to me i saw it as the only thing Romeo wanted was to be with Juliet and have more time with her. In the song it also says “ I’m in the middle of your picture.” I pick this lyric because in one of the last scenes there is the Romeo, Juliet and the nurse. I see Romeo as the middle piece because Juliet will always be with the nurse. So that’s why i think that song resonates with Romeo at the last scene.

The process of changing yourself so you can feel like other people can cause you to have an identity crisis just so you can have validation from the dominant group.
